EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

On your representations that you have been subjected recently to a medical and physical examinations and found by competent and qualified physicians to be fre from any contagious disease and that you are medically and physically qualified for the job you have applied for, we are employing you as Bookkeeper under the following terms and conditions:
1. Your employment will be for a probationary period of six (6) months starting from September 1, 2004. For such position and effective the latter date, you will recieve a monthly salary of P6,000.00 exclusive of overtime pay whenever authorized by your superior in writing. Before the end of the six (6) months probationary period, you will be subjected to a performance evaluation to be undertaken by your immediate superior based on his observation of your job performance from day one of your employment. Depending upon the result of your performance evaluation, you will either be given a permanent employment or terminated before the end of such probation.
2. Even before the performance evaluation, we may terminate youe employment or any extensions thereof, if given a permanent employment, without the benefit of termination pay: (a) if we should find that you are not qualified, competent or efficient in the above-stated position for which youwere hired; (b) if you are physically and medically unfit for the job; (c) if you shall violate any of the Company's rules and regulations, which it shall be your duty to know and study immediately upon hiring; (d) for any of the just causes provided by the Labor Code and/or applicable jurisprudence such as Supreme Court decisions;
3. You agree to abide by all Company rules and regulations and to refrain from engaging in any activity which is prejudicial to the interestsof the Company or which will interfered with the performance of your job, whether within or outside Company work hours;
4. You agree to give immediate notice to the Company of any claim or action which you have arising from this agreement or from the performance of your job before filing the same with government entities like the Department of Labor or any civil courts;
5. Normal working hours will be in accordance with the Company-wide working hours incorporated in the rules and regulations or that which your immediate superior shall advise you at the time of hiring, You shall not perform any work outside of the assigned time or in excess of eight (8) hours a day without the express written consent of the duly authorizedofficer of the Company;
