We refer you to your application for employment with us dated ___________________ and in view thereof we would like to offer you emplyment in the Hotel subject the following terms and conditions:
1. Your position or designation ______________________________________________

4. Effective date of employment _____________________________________________
5. Probationary period of ___________________________________________________
6. Your employment is contingent on your passing the medical examinations by our medical adviser.
7. Should your services prove unsuitable or unsatisfactory or if you have violated certain house rules, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate your services at any time during your probationary period.
8. Your status shall be converted to regular employment only if the Hotel finds that:
a) Your Supervisor/Department Head recommends your regular employment.
b) Your services is needed and the financial condition of the Hotel warrants your further employment.
c) You followed strictly the Hotel's house rules.
d) You were not absent except for valid reasons.
9. Unless you have completed the probationry period and informed of your being a regular employee, you are not eligible to join any labor union in the Hote.
