| President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is all smiles as she prepares to leave the stage after the opening ceremonies of "Bridges: Dialogues Towards a Culture of Peace" Wednesday (Nov. 14) at Malacanang's Rizal Hall. The Bridges Program is a first of its kind in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), with a lecture series in 2007 and 2008 in Thailand and the Philippines before it moves to Malaysia in late 2008 and into 2009.
