| President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo offers prayers during her visit at the wake of the late former Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dulce Saguisag at the St. Scholastica’s College in Ermita, Manila Wednesday night (Nov. 14, 2007). Mrs. Saguisag, wife of former Sen. Rene Saguisag, died in a vehicular accident in Makati City last Nov. 7. The former senator himself was seriously injured in the same accident.
